WHISKEY - BOURBON

What: BLANTON'S SINGLE BARREL BOURBON

Notes: A honey, golden color with vanilla, honey, caramel, pepper and caramelized sugar notes.

Why: "I like pairing a caramel-y bourbon alongside a super savory dish, like fried chicken."

What: KARLSSON'S GOLD POTATO

What: HUET VOUVRAY PETILLANT

Notes: Sparkling white wine from the Loire Valley that's light-to-medium-bodied, dry, crisp, with tangy green apple.

Why: "Chenin blanc sparkling offers strong value in terms of a sparkling wine."

CRAFT BREW - ITALIAN BEER

What: BIRRA DEL BORGO

Notes: Italian beers brewed in Borgorose, Italy from a variety of products.

Why: "They are doing crazy stuff using tapioca and all different grains and spices."

DIGESTIF - AMARO

What: MELETTI

Notes: A light bodied, fresh amaro that's perfect after a full meal.

Why: "Saffron is one of the ingredients and it comes through as you taste it, along with notes of violets and citrus."
