Chef Harold Dieterle's Thai Recs and Recipes
Chef Harold Dieterle

"No rules." That's how chef Harold Dieterle describes his newest restaurant, Kin Shop, in New York City. "It's definitely not authentic Thai."

Chef Dieterle combines classical techniques with a contemporary approach and adds a bit of fiery spice to create a Thai-inspired menu that is winning over critics and bringing in the crowds.

Here are five Thai recommendations from the man who was first to win bragging rights to the title of Top Chef.
