But for those of us who think chocolate rules everyday, they sell a variety of flavors. Their best-seller is the No. 4 Salt & Pepper bar, made with fresh cracked pepper and topped with sea salt. They’ve also collaborated with Nashville coffee roaster Bongo Java for their No. 6 Coffee bar.
"New old-fashioned chocolates" is how founder and chocolate maker Scott Witherow describes his products. He sources, roasts and grinds Ghana and Dominican Republic beans in-house and uses brown sugar, instead of white. "We really like the molasses notes of the brown sugar, it kind of changes the harshness."
Look for Olive and Sinclair in adult beverage form; Terrapin Brewery, out of Athens, Georgia, uses Olive and Sinclair cocoa nibs and shells for their milk stout called "Moo Hoo."
