While chef Ming Tsai has become known for his acclaimed cooking at Blue Ginger in Massachusetts, his many cookbooks, and TV shows like Simply Ming and The Next Iron Chef, his latest focus is food as a cure.
Ming's son suffered from extreme food allergies, beginning when he was just two months old. Now eleven, he says his son has been cured using Allergy Release Technique.
Ming believes you are what you eat. Eat the right foods and you can prevent and cure cancer, plus a multitude of diseases.
