When Mark Bright became a sommelier at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas at the ripe old drinking age of 21, he was referred to as a wunderkind. Seven years later, Bright is now the sommelier and co-owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Saison and casual wine bar Vinyl, both in San Francisco.

Zocker Gruner Veltliner

Mark Says: "This is a sneaky wine that came out of nowhere. It’s the largest Gruner Veltliner vineyard planted outside of Austria. This wine is just absolutely phenomenal, no joking about it."
