We close out the summer season with a cocktail recipe that transitions nicely into the fall months ahead, courtesy of Brian Bartels, bar manager and co-owner of Fedora in Greenwich Village.
Bartels named this drink in honor of one of Fedora’s regular customers, John Daly. He uses Cherry Heering, a Danish cherry liqueur, for a hint of sweetness and Campari to counterbalance with bitterness.
