The PDT Cocktail Book provides breadth and depth on everything from glassware, garnishes, mixers and recipes, to the configuration of a bar's interior and exterior.
This ultra-complete bartender's handbook comes from innovative mixmaster and influential barman Jim Meehan, of the celebrated speakeasy that you enter through a vintage phone booth in the back of a hot dog shop, PDT (Please Don't Tell). The illustrations are from Chris Gall, known to New Yorkers for his flying fish subway posters.
