Coal Miner’s Daughter

Serves 1

Glass: Old Fashioned

Ice: Large Cube

Garnish: Sprig of Lavender

Ingredients

- Spoon of Macerated Ginger

- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

- 0.75 oz Honey

- 1.5 oz Bourbon

Directions

1) Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

2) Fill with ice and shake.

3) Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube.

4) Garnish with a slapped sprig of lavender.
