Le Mai Tai

This is my "Martinique remix" of the classic Trader Vic Mai Tai recipe (from 1944) served up at Tiki Tuesdays.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Clément Rhum Agricole
- 1.5 oz Clément VSOP Rhum Vieux Agricole
- 0.5 oz Clément Créole Shrub
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.25 oz orgeat syrup
- 0.25 oz Clément Sirop de Canne
- 1 dash Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki Bitters
Directions
1) Shake all ingredients with ice in shaker.
2) Strain into a 14 oz Tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
3) Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
