Gumbo

Yield

2 servings.


Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rice

- 1.5 cups water

- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

- 1 jar McClure’s Bloody Mary Mixer

- 10 to 15 small cooked shrimp


Directions

1. Cook or steam rice until tender. Sautee some shrimp in a frying pan.

2. Shake McClure’s Bloody Mary Mixer and pour into pot with rice.

3. Add shrimp and simmer together on low heat for 5 minutes.

4. Serve in bowls as a McClure’s Bloody Mary Shrimp Gumbo.
