As owner/partner of Liz Caskey Culinary and Wine Experiences, a South America-based luxury travel company, Liz plans culinary journeys to Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Peru. Liz also writes about South American food, wine and travel in her blog, EatWine and about Santiago’s Capital in Eat Wine Santiago. Liz has appeared on national and international Television shows, like PBS’s Diary of a Foodie and worked as a field coordinator, finding key locations, for Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations: Chile.
