Bespoke Chocolates

Bespoke Chocolate's Buttercrunch Matzoh. Israeli matzoh with a layer of vanilla-scented caramel toffee, slathered with a thick coating of dark Caribbean chocolate, and topped with a few flakes of Maldon sea salt. A half-pound box is $16. They also have Matzoh-Covered Sea-Salted Caramels for $2.25 per piece.

Jacques Torres

Jacques Torres' Matzos-Mendiant. Matzoh squares cut into four pieces and covered with dark chocolate, hand sprinkled with cranberries, pistachios, almonds, raisins, and coconut. ($8)

Capcanes Montsant

Astor Wines sells Capcanes 2007 Peraj Petita. Make Elijah happy and instead of Manischewitz, opt for a Spanish red from the Montsant region. It's made from a blend of Garnacha, Carinena and Tempranillo grapes. With red fruits, plum, cassis, you'll also find some minerals and tobacco notes - concentrated, but balanced. A great pairing for beef, veal or chicken. ($19.99)

Bill Telepan

Telepan on the Upper West Side will serve a Passover menu for two nights, March 29 and 30. Start off the night with a "Passover Amuse" of smoked trout potato latke, gefilte fish and dried fruit chutney-apple salad. Classics like matzoh ball soup will be served with dill oil and spring vegetables. Four courses for $65 per person. (make a reservation)
