Tim Love - Game, Grill, and Tequila
Chef Tim Love

Chef / restaurateur Tim Love wears a lot of hats... most of them of the cowboy kind. Love is a native of the Lone Star State, and when he's home on the range, he's cooking meat.

He describes the cuisine at his signature Fort Worth restaurant Lonesome Dove Western Bistro as "Urban Western" and his burger joints, The Love Shack, as protein-focused.

We asked the avid hunter and unapologetic carnivore about some of his Texas essentials:
