As a Gin and Tonic fan, barman Brooks Reitz wasn't satisfied with what was available on the market for mixers. He found most tonics to be too sweet or too bitter. He decided to tinker until he concocted his own product -- the Jack Rudy Cocktail Company tonic syrup. It's bright, fresh, zesty, and soft enough not to overpower a good gin. It's also not a tonic water, but a syrup, so it doesn't lose its edge.
Give the Jack Rudy tonic syrup a try with these 3 cocktail recipes... including a classic G & T.
