“My family has been cooking barbecue for over 140 years and I’m the third generation. We only sell three items and that’s barbecue, cornbread and coleslaw. We do whole hog over wood coals... really no gimmicks. We don’t really promote a particular sauce, because we want you to taste the cooking. We season it, we chop it up and blend the skin in the meat to give it a little crunch in the bite.”
