Sipping On Shochu & Sake


Chef Koji recommends drinking sake or shochu with his food, although he can also be tempted by a Sapporo Draft. For sake, he likes Kitaya and Kansansui and his choice of shochu is Tsukushi Mugi distilled from barley.
