Po-Boys - New School

Chef Ben Wicks worked in some of New Orleans’ finest restaurants before opening Mahoney’s. He’s taking the tradition of the po-boy and raising the bar, using fresh, local ingredients and famous Leidenheimer bread. For a new school take on the classics, don’t overlook chef Adolfo Garcia’s favorite: “the chicken liver with coleslaw.”
