Complexity vs. Caffeine


In Brazil, two thirds of the coffee beans grown are Arabica and one third are Robusta. Arabica beans result in a coffee that is twice as complex as Robusta, but Robusta has twice the caffeine. Arabica needs to be grown in higher elevations, whereas Robusta is grown in lower elevations.
