The Gimlet

Yield

1 drink


Ingredients

- 2 oz. good gin

- 1 oz. P&H Lime Syrup

- Juice of 1/2 lime


Directions

1. Place all in a shaker with ice.

2. Shake for 15 seconds and strain in a cocktail glass.

3. Garnish if desired with lime peel or slice.

Hibiscus Lime Rickey

Yield

1 drink


Ingredients

- 1/2 oz. P&H Lime Syrup

- 1/2 oz. P&H Hibiscus Syrup

- Selzter


Directions

1. Fill a 16 oz glass with Ice.

2. Add 1 oz of P&H Lime Syrup and 1/2 oz of P&H Hibiscus Syrup.

3. Top with seltzer and stir.

 


Lemon Verbena Soda Syrup

Ingredients

- 3 cups of water

- 3 cups of sugar

- Juice and zest of 1 lemon

- 1 bunch of lemon verbena


Directions

1. Bring sugar and water to a boil.

2. Add lemon zest, juice and lemon verbena.

3. Cool, strain and refrigerate.
