It’s always a great resource if you’re down in New Orleans, I speak there once a year and every month they have seminars once a month and they bring in some of the top mixologists from around the world. It’s great and I encourage people to join the museum.

I always love to go to the Clover Club in Brooklyn. The thing I really like about Julie Reiner’s cocktails in general, if it’s Flatiron, Lani Kai, Pegu Club or Clover Club is that she really embraces the cocktail, but she also understands the business. She keeps it fun. She makes great drinks, she has great respect for the classics, but she also puts contemporary twists on things and at the end of the day, you want to drink at her bars, they are fun.
