Bulleit Proof Manhattan

Yield

1 drink


Ingredients

- 2 oz Bulleit Bourbon 

- 1 1/2 oz rosemary infused Amarena cherry simple syrup

- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice


Directions

1. In a mixing glass combine ingredients, shake and strain up in a martini glass (7oz).

2. Garnish with cherries skewered on sprig of rosemary.

 


Dark & Stormy

Ingredients

- 2 oz Zacapa 23 year rum

- 1 1/2 oz fresh ginger/lemongrass syrup

- Soda


Directions

1. Build over ice glass in a highball glass (12oz).

2. Fill with soda.

3. Garnish with candied ginger wheel.

 


Edison

Ingredients

- 2 oz Glenlivet 12 year old Scotch

- 1 oz Averna amaro

- 1 oz Carpano Antica vermouth

- 1 oz  pure cane syrup

- 1/2 oz lemon

- Soda water


Directions

1. Build over ice in a highball glass (12oz).

2. Fill with soda.

3. Garnish with lemon peel.

 


Highlander

Ingredients

- Fresh orange

- Agave

- Yalumba Tawny Port

- Balvenie 10 year old single malt Scotch

- Angostura Bitters


Directions

1. Mix and garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters and an orange peel.

 


Plantation

Ingredients

- 2 oz Tangueray Ten gin

- 3/4 oz agave syrup

- 4 fresh basil leaves

- 2 oz  fresh grapefruit

- 1/2 oz lime juice 


Directions

1. In a rocks glass muddle basil, lime and agave.

2. Add gin and grapefruit, shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass (10 oz).

3. Garnish with grapefruit chunk. 

 


The Cabarete

Ingredients

- 1 oz Aperol

- 1 oz St. Germain

- 1 1/2 oz soda water

- 1 1/2 oz champagne

- 2 oz fresh watermelon juice

- Dash orange bitters


Directions

1. In a standard Sang/Riesling wine glass (approx. 12 - 14 oz).

2. Fill with ice.

3. Add ingredients in the order above.

4. Garnish with candied watermelon rind or small wedge of watermelon.

 


The Candidate

Ingredients

- 1 lemon wedge

- 1/2 oz simple syrup

- 1 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur

- 1 1/2 oz Chivas 12 or 18 year old Scotch


Directions

1. Muddle lemon wedge and simple syrup in a mixing glass.

2. Fill with ice, add Canton Ginger Liqueur, Chivas or Scotch.

3. Served shaken, chilled and strained up in a martini glass (7 oz).

4. Garnish with candied ginger wheel or lemon peel.

 


The Dominican

Ingredients

- 1 oz Atlantico rum

- 1 oz Creole Clemente rum

- 2 oz  fresh grapefruit juice

- Soda water

- Splash Fee Bros. Old Fashion Bitters


Directions

1. In a rocks glass (10 oz), muddle sage, basil and rums.

2. Fill with ice, add grapefruit and bitters, then shake and strain over ice into a rocks glass.

3. Garnish with an orange slice.

 


The Newgroni

Ingredients

- 1 oz Campari

- 1 oz Calvados

- 2 oz fresh apple/pear juice

- 1 oz  thyme infused simple syrup

- Splash of soda

- Dash orange bitters


Directions

1. Build over ice in a rocks glass (10 oz).

2. Garnish with thyme sprig.

 


The Sonny Rollins

Ingredients

- 2 oz Basil Hayden Bourbon

- 1 1/2 oz green/lavender/black teas (subject to taste and product availability)

- orange blossom honey

- 1/4 oz lemon juice

- Splash soda water over crushed ice

- Dash of orange bitters


Directions

1. Fill a rocks glass 3/4 full of crushed ice, well packed.

2. Add ingredients.

3. Garnish with a lavender sprig and or orange slice.

 


The Sombrita

Ingredients

- 2 oz Sombra Mezcal

- 3/4 oz agave syrup

- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice

- 1 oz cucumber juice

- Jalapeno

- Fresh ground cardamom


Directions

1. In a rocks glass (10 oz), muddle jalapeno, cardamom and agave.

2. Fill with ice, add Mezcal and juice.

3. Shake and strain over ice.

4. Garnish with a thinly sliced cucumber and a pineapple wedge.
