Ingredients

- 3 oz Salers Aperitif

- 1 wedge lemon


Directions

1) Pour Salers Aperitif over ice.

2) Squeeze lemon wedge and add to drink.

Glass: Tall Highball

Citrus Garnish: Fresh Mint

Ice: Large Cubes


Ingredients

- 2 oz Salers Aperitif

- 2 oz Champagne

- 1 oz simple syrup

- 1 oz fresh lemon juice

- 2 dashes Absinthe

- Fresh Mint


Directions

1) Fill glass with crushed ice.

2) Pour Salers, simple syrup, lemon juice and absinthe on top and stir.

3) Add more crushed ice, add champagne on top and stir gently.

4) Garnish with sprig of mint.

Ingredients

- 1 part Bonal Gentiane-Quina

- 1 part Fresh Apple Cider

- 1 part Genever Gin


Directions

1) Stir ingredients over ice.

2) Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Bonal & Rye

Glass: Cocktail

Garnish: Orange Twist


Ingredients

- 2 oz  rye whiskey

- 1 oz Bonal Gentiane-Quina

- 0.5 oz Cointreau or Combier

- 2 dashes orange bitters

- 1 dash Angostura bitters

- Orange twist, for garnish


Directions

1) Stir ingredients with ice.

2) Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

3) Give the orange peel a good twist and garnish the drink with it.
