Andy Ricker is the chef and owner of Pok Pok, Pok Pok Noi, Ping and Whiskey Soda Lounge in Portland and Pok Pok in Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY. He also has a line of drinking vinegars called Pok Pok Som and will be releasing a cookbook within the next year.
