WHAT
Three cocktail recipes: The Blackspur, Chi, and Pomegranate Margarita, created for The Sidebar Project, a collaboration by Teroforma and Urbancase.

A Well-crafted Bar Meets Well-crafted Glasses

Pomegranate Margarita, Chi,
The Blackspur (L to R)
- 3/4 parts St. Germain
- 1/5 parts Fernet Branca
Directions
1) Stir ingredients over ice.
2) Strain and serve straight up in the chilled cocktail glass.
Chi

Chi Cocktail
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2.5 oz vodka
- 1 cup of ice
- 6 basil leaves
Directions
1) Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
2) Pour into highball glass and garnish with fresh basil.
Pomegranate Margarita

Pomegranate Margarita
- 3 oz favorite tequila
- 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
- Splash of Triple Sec
- Juice of one lime
Directions
1) Add ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker.
2) Shake violently until a froth forms.
3) Coat the rim of the Double Old Fashioned glass with a thin layer of lime juice and kosher salt.
4) Strain over ice into glass.
5) Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
