A cooperatively-owned and worker self-managed brewpub, but opened to the public. They offer an extensive beer list with rotating drafts from guests brewers.
“It’s a great place for beer. It is a co-op owned brew pub, a gastro-brew pubby kind of place. Anything awesome that comes out of Texas, these guys have it. The food is really good, it is all from local ranches and local farms.”

Easy Tiger
It's all-in-one here with a beer garden; locally roasted coffee; house-made meats; a bake shop with artisan breads and pretzels; and a full bar featuring 30 craft beers on tap.
“They’re open until 2am, so we’ll go here when we get out of work. I usually get their pastrami or any of their brisket-based meats. Their sausages are really good and they have great beers. The bread is great, since David Norman was the baker at Bouley Bakery in New York. The pretzels are also great.”
