I think Cat Silirie, of No. 9 Park in Boston, is one of the great, virtually unrecognized giants of the industry. She is truly inspiring. She doesn't just put together a wine list, she creates a wine culture in a restaurant. She is absolutely deserving of great praise, and to read the wine press, has gotten virtually none.
